Business Process and System Improvement Specialists
Coffey International Development
The team will work together, across a number of operational work streams, to address embedded problems and ineffective workflow and to identify where information systems can be re-designed to improve alignment with work processes. Where possible, the organisation would like to move to paperless workflow and persons with expertise in designing such work processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to be innovative in finding solutions to problems with operational systems and to create a high-performance culture in an organisation which impacts all Fijians and Fiji’s economic development.
These roles will be on the basis of a one-year contract with a possible extension for a further year. Competitive remuneration packages will be negotiated with selected candidates.
These roles are open to all Fiji nationals living in Fiji or abroad.
