At least 3 years experience in community work and/or working in the area of gender-based violence. Some counselling experience would be an asset.
Must have tertiary level education.
Fluency in written and spoken English and fluency in spoken
Ability to read and write in Hindi would be an asset.
Due to the nature of the position, mature applicants are preferred.
1. Willingness to undertake training. Availability for evening and weekend work and some travel.
2. Must have initiative and be able to work with minimum supervision.
