Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Pacific Destinations, a 100% Fijian owned Company invites committed and enthusiastic applicants to join our dynamic team  for the vacant position based in our Head Office, Nadi.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Collect and summarise timekeeping information
  • Process and close periodic payrolls
  • Distribute payroll to Banks and employees
  • Process statutory deductions in a timely manner
  • Submit payroll reports as and when required
  • Oversee Head Office stock maintenance
  • Handle and control petty cash
  • Any other duties assigned by Team Leader Finance

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • A Diploma in Accounting from a recognised institution;
  • At least 2 years work experience in similar role;
  • Proficient in the use of payroll software, spreadsheet and Microsoft Office programmes; 
  • Manage to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Detailed oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A team player with pleasant attitude.
