To design, develop, and update specialized curricula for CNB training programs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and international best practices.
The position will achieve its purpose through the following key duties:
1. Lead the development of structured, competency-based training curricula informed by research and best practice.
2. Oversee the creation of effective training resources and tools that support staff learning.
3. Ensure all training programs are tailored to CNB’s operational priorities and national service objectives.
4. Monitor training outcomes, gather feedback, and drive ongoing improvements in program quality and impact.
All applicants for employment in the Ministry of Policing must be of good character, with a background that demonstrates their commitment to the civil service values contained in the Fijian Constitution. Applicants must also be a Fijian Citizen, under the age 60 years, in sound health, with a clear police record. The selected applicants will be required to provide a medical and police clearance, prior to taking up duty as a condition of employment.
