About the Graduate Trainee program:
The internship is a six-month, full-time paid program designed as part of the Company’s talent management initiative. It aims to develop high-potential graduates by equipping them with essential skills and competencies through cross functional exposure. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain valuable insights and hands-on experience by working with experienced professionals and diverse teams behind some of the most recognized brands in Fiji and the Pacific.

What We’re Looking For:
- Recent university or tertiary graduate (Certificate/Diploma/Degree), final-year students, or candidates seeking industrial attachment or internship experience in a relevant field.
- Fields of study may include (but are not limited to):
- Sciences: Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology.
- Engineering & Technical: Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Fitting & Machining, Fabrication & Welding, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Business & Commerce: Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Supply Chain, Statistics.
- Technology & Media: Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Journalism.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong academic GPA and excellent communication skills.
- Confidence, leadership potential, and a results-driven mindset.
- A willingness to learn and the ability to think creatively and critically.
