We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Commis Chef - Baker to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual looking to grow their culinary career in a fast-paced, high-standard resort setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and baking breads, cakes, and pastries
  • Following production schedules and recipes
  • Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Assisting with stock control and proper food storage
  • Minimising waste and reporting equipment or safety issues

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 Years of minimum experience.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and committed to maintaining kitchen standards.
