The Opportunity
The Human Resources (HR) Office is responsible for strategic human resource management advice and policy, workplace relations, staffing and equity, conditions of employment, remuneration and benefits, job evaluation, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce at USP. Under the supervision of a HR Business Partner, the Human Resources Officer works as part of a team of HR professionals to provide HR services to key stakeholders within the university. While performing these duties, the incumbent is required to regularly liaise and interact with counterparts in school, section, and regional campuses, as well as with prospective employees and recruitment agencies both locally and abroad. The incumbent can expect to work under pressure in an environment that can be both challenging and rewarding.
