Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required
The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters (Suva) is looking for a Divisional Finance Accountant to take on a new full-time position for 40 hours per week.
The Divisional Finance Accountant will be part of the accounts team who are responsible for providing accounting support, services and reporting for The Salvation Army throughout Fiji to a timely, accurate, and professional standard.
This role also provides opportunities to develop and expand over the next 2 years to include providing accounting support, services and reporting for The Salvation Army Tonga and Samoa.
The applicant should have at lease 3-5 years accounts experience and an accounting qualification with a good knowledge of accounting software, financial reporting and accounting skills, knowledge in Tax and FNPF policies and bank reconciliations. Orientation and training on our current accounting systems will be provided.
