The position administers and coordinates the proper management and control of assets (including fixed assets), procurement and maintain the Fixed Asset register and report directly to the Administrative Officer.
1. Ensure the payments of Water, Electricity, CDP, Waste and Ambulance Services.
2. Coordinate follow-up on the OHS infrastructure issues in the facility.
3. Facilitate the procurement of office furniture.
4. Assist in the Minor works inspection and walkthrough.
5. Coordinate Annual Board of Survey for the hospital facilities.
6. Facilitate quotations for Minor works.
7. Submission of report on a weekly and monthly basis.
8. Actively contribute to all corporate functions of the Ministry as required.
Key Performance Indicators
Performance will be measured through the following indicators:
1. Compliance to the Finance Management Act, Finance Policies and Guidelines and other relevant legislations.
2. All assets to be recorded and Board of Survey conducted on a yearly basis;
3. All reports are submitted within agreed time frames and meet the standard reporting requirements.
4. Active contribution to all corporate functions of the Ministry as required.
