ROLE OVERVIEW

The Cruise Director is the onboard leader for hospitality, entertainment, and guest experience, ensuring every cruise is engaging, well-coordinated, and memorable. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee all Hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest service
• Coordinate on board activities, entertainment, and itineraries
• Manage guest relations, announcements, and on board communications
• Ensure smooth daily operations, administration, and compliance

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years’ experience in hospitality or guest-focused leadership.
• Strong team leadership and operational coordination skills.
• Confident communicator and public speaker.
• Ability to live onboard and work flexible rosters.
