KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of all items required for the daily menus & special events to the highest
possible standard
• Health, Safety and Hygiene management
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
• Ability to live onboard and work flexible rosters
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• 3 - 5 years experience in marine or operations management or an equivalent role.
• A proven record in a similar level position
• Experience working in high volume passenger or customers.
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, Marine or related field.
