Kokomo is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team and be based full‑time on the island.

This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a world‑class island environment while contributing to the maintenance and development of high‑quality facilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Carry out general and finish carpentry works across accommodation, villas, staff housing, and operational buildings

·       Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, decks, flooring, cabinetry, and fittings.

·       Ensure all carpentry work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and island guideline.

·       Assist with renovations, refurbishments, and new builds as required.

·       Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and tidy condition.

·       Able to communicate effectively with guest and co-workers

·       Carry out job assignments given by the Maintenance Manager or designate, as business demands.

·       Maintain logged records of all equipment as directed by the engineering Maintenance Manager.

·       Maintain High level of Hospitality and guest concern. Practice at all times “Empowerment” and do whatever it takes to satisfy the guest.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·       Must possess Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery.

·       At least 3 years of hands-on experience

·       Work on shift including odd hours with minimum supervision

·       Be a team player and able to manage multiple jobs.

·       Must have approachable mannerism while maintaining a professional attitude

·       Valid driving license is mandatory

·       Other safety training certification will be an advantage
