We are looking to recruit a Joiner to be based at Kokomo Private Island, Kadavu.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Conduct Preventative maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.  

·       Attend to guest complaints as well as complaints from other departments

·       Able to communicate effectively with guest and co-workers

·       Carry out job assignments given by the Chief Engineer or designate, as business demands

·       Maintain logged records of all equipment as directed by the engineering Maintenance Manager.

·       Maintain High level of Hospitality and guest concern. Practice at all times “Empowerment” and do whatever it takes to satisfy the guest.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·       Must possess Certificate in Joinery.

·       At least 3 years of hands-on experience

·       Work on shift including odd hours with minimum supervision

·       Be a team player and able to manage multiple jobs.

·       Must have approachable mannerism while maintaining a professional attitude

·       Valid driving license is mandatory

·       Other safety training certification will be an advantage
