Reporting directly to Assistant Housekeeping Manager, as a Housekeeping Attendant your duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to hotels standards.
  • Replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are well-stocked.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
  • Work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
  • Uphold confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
