Reporting directly to Assistant Housekeeping Manager, as a Housekeeping Attendant your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to hotels standards.
- Replace linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are well-stocked.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
- Work efficiently, independently and as part of a team.
- Uphold confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
What we need from you
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service.
