The Role 

At Pepper Advantage Hub Fiji, we’re growing our Collections team and are looking for 10 motivated and results-driven Debt Collectors to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers by phone, email, or other communication channels to follow up on overdue payments
  • Negotiate repayment plans and solutions that are fair and achievable for both the customer and the business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies or disputes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and performance targets.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and service excellence. 

Skills and experience required:

  • Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining customer records.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in debt collection, customer service, or finance is preferred but not essential.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
