Invoicing Officer - SC Foods Pte Limited

About Us:

This is a full-time on-site role based at Southern Cross Foods Pte Limited (SCF), Ba, Fiji. SCF is a subsidiary of CJ Patel Group of Companies and specializes in manufacturing production of extruded snacks and confectionery for Fiji and International markets and is also a co-manufacturer of Maggi Noodles for Nestle. We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Invoicing Officer to be based in Ba.

Role Description:

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all customers.
• Processing customer sales orders and updating sales forecast and sales registers.
• Liaising with customers in regard to account queries.
• Issue customer account statement periodically or whenever necessary.
• Maintaining a proper reconciliation for all debtors.
• Compilation of monthly vat returns.
• Participation in monthly stock takes.
• Act as a backup support for other factory accounting requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A relevant tertiary qualification preferably Degree or Diploma in Accounting and Finance from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal qualities.
• Strong technical and analytical skills will be an added advantage.
• Should be performance driven and thrive on fast paced and demanding environment, whilst under pressure.
• Self-driven and self-motivated.
• Have the drive, energy and personality to work as part of a team

Remuneration:

Competitive market-based remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
