Role Description:
CJ Patel Group is seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and commercially minded Data Analyst to deliver real-time, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance across our operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Head Office in Wailekutu, Lami.

• Analyze sales, market, promotional effectiveness, and customer trends and data across channels and regions to generate actionable insights that improve performance, drive efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and regular reporting tools for internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and visualizations for sales and marketing teams.
• Support new product launches and campaigns with forecasting and post-activity analysis.
• Track ROI on marketing initiatives and trade spend and use external data sources to track market share and competitive performance.
• Collaborate with key account and category managers on customer-specific performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role, ideally within FMCG or retail environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
