Capelle & Partner is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our dynamic Maintenance team in Nauru. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who can confidently manage plumbing tasks across our facilities and support a wide range of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

         •       Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems.

         •       Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, blockages, and equipment faults in residential and commercial buildings.

         •       Assist in special plumbing projects and upgrades as required.

         •       Ensure all plumbing work is completed to code, with strict attention to safety and quality standards.

         •       Coordinate with the wider Maintenance team to support day-to-day operations and urgent repairs.

About You – What We’re Looking For:

         •       Minimum 10 years of plumbing experience, preferably with both residential and commercial systems.

         •       Strong skills in the use of plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology.

         •       Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

         •       Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

         •       Prior experience working in remote or overseas environments is a plus.

         •       Must be flexible, dependable, and comfortable adapting to island living.

         •       A current driver’s licence is desirable.
