Carpenter

We are looking for a carpenter for our civil construction works. This role will appeal to someone who has an interest in working within a construction-based environment a fit, energetic and multitasking person for long term projects. You will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.

Tasks and responsibilities:
1) Civil Carpentry (Boxing frameworks, Formworks, Insulation works)
2) Associated Concrete works
3) General Labouring
4) Proficiency in operating associated concrete machinery will be an advantage

The successful applicant:

• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a relevant field is a must.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry skills.
• Knowledge of concrete types and different ways of using them
• Knowledge of concrete-setting time
• Excellent at boxing frameworks, Formed Work, insulation works & all other aspects of civil engineering carpentry and further experience in construction work will be an added advantage.
• We need a fit, energetic and multitasking person for long-term projects who will also be able to work as a team player in our Civil Concrete/ kerbing team.
