About the Role

Total Infrastructure Fiji Pte Limited is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Construction Manager with a strong background in welding and civil construction to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience managing and executing large-scale infrastructure and structural projects, with deep expertise in welding techniques, quality assurance, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil construction projects.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision in welding operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Monitor material usage and ensure welding and construction work is completed within budget and schedule.
• Reporting on health & safety, quality, cost control and budget to project managers and directors
• Troubleshoot engineering and construction issues in the field.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction and welding.
• Proven experience in structural steelworks, concrete structures, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficient in using MS 365 & MS Project.
