Carpenters Motors - Panel Supervisor - Lautoka

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji,  is seeking applications from for the Panel Supervisor position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Paint & Panel Workshop, Lautoka. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of technicians to ensure high-quality panel repair and restoration work. 
• Inspect vehicles for damage, assess repair requirements and provide estimate quotes. 
• Oversee the repair process. 
• Provide guidance to the team on complex repairs. 
• Maintain a safe, efficient and well-organized workshop environment. 
• Monitor job progress, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of all projects. 
• Liaise with customers and other departments. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering (Panel Beating & Painting). 
• 3-5 years of work experience in similar field.  
• Strong technical understanding of paint and panel repair processes. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    
• Ability to work independently.
• Group 2 driving license.
