The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Financial Controller to oversee and manage our finance department. This role is key to ensuring strong financial performance and accurate reporting across all departments.

The suitable candidate will be someone with a good level of business acumen. By already having knowledge of the various functions of administering a business, the Financial Controller will be proactive and initiate timely, invoicing, collections, payments, reporting, internal auditing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Manage cash flow and intercompany transactions
• Review and approve bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closings
• Supervise payroll processing, VAT, and tax filings
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting teams
• Monitor and reconcile Shein international billing and payments

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar financial leadership role
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
