Goolma Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of:

Resort Nurse.

We’re looking for a full-time, qualified nurse to join our team at our award-winning Yasawa Island resorts. This is a unique opportunity to combine your nursing skills with the excitement of working in a resort environment.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to care for our guests and staff, treating everyday ailments and ensuring general well-being. The role also includes humanitarian outreach in nearby villages associated with our resorts, as well as maintaining up-to-date first aid training for our staff.

This is a rostered position: 24 days on, followed by 8 days off.

The successful applicant will be based at Paradise Cove Resort on Naukacuvu Island and may be required to work across our other Yasawa resorts as needed.

In quieter times, you’ll also have the chance to broaden your experience by assisting in other guest-facing departments — a great way to get involved in the tourism side of our operations.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of people — from tourists to local community members.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised nursing qualification and valid certification

• A strong record of reliability and professional service

• A clean police record

• Certification to conduct PCR and rapid antigen testing

• Solid references
