Drill Rig Operator & Manager – Port Vila, Vanuatu

We are seeking a highly skilled Drill Rig Operator & Manager to lead and execute water well drilling operations in Vanuatu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain drilling equipment, including Mud Rotary and Air Drilling systems.

• Manage drilling teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

• Coordinate logistics, including equipment transport and inventory management.

• Train and mentor workers to maintain high operational standards.

• Report to the main office and provide regular updates on project progress.

• Travel to outer islands as required to oversee remote drilling projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with proven expertise in drilling operations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and leadership abilities.

• Valid heavy truck driving license.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
