 Mantaray Island Resort is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen crew! If you love cooking, creating new dishes, and working in a fast-paced, tropical setting — this one’s for you 🌴🔥

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section.

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating new menu items.

  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

  • Train and support junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Chef De Partie or similar.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent will be an advantage.

  • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
