Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing all pastry kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and practice organizational skills in the kitchen, following hygiene and safety standards.
Develop and update pastry menus, keeping them in line with seasonal ingredients and market trends.
Manage inventory, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available for daily operations.
Work with team members to create memorable experiences.
Foster a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Work with team members to create memorable dining experiences.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Positive and friendly attitude with a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Willingness to work flexible hours with a “Can Do” attitude.
