About the Role:

We are looking to recruit Solar Sales Specialist to be based in Western and Northern Division respectively. They will provide industry-leading sales and customer service delivery. This role requires maintaining and promoting our brand reputation in the industry. The ideal candidate must work both independently and collaboratively, maintain accountability, and adhere to ethical standards and relevant guidelines, acts, and legislation. Responsibilities include executing service delivery standards related to customer service, sales and retention, credit management, quality management, staff recruitment and performance management, and other company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Solar Ambassadors and Project Coordinators to achieve optimal sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Guide quality prospects through the sales channel to contribute to the organization's success.
  • Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and team sales growth.
  • Present solar roof designs, battery technology, and grid energy proposals to prospective customers.
  • Outline service agreements, handle inquiries, and guide customers through agreement execution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance from initial contact to installation.
  • Cross-sell other value-added services and products to prospective customers.
  • Handle objections and implement customer retention initiatives.
  • Manage customer relationships professionally and create referral opportunities.
  •  Collaborate with reseller organizations to generate leads and close sales.
  • Exceeds quotas and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive business growth, brand awareness, and market products and services across the company and in designated regional territories.
  • Develop a network to attract new clients, referral partners, and resellers for products and services.
  • Research new market opportunities and oversee sales and growth projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales in solar, electricity, telecom, insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field.
  3. Strong judgment, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Business awareness skills, including cross-functional and competitor awareness, concern for excellence, and industry perspective.
  5. Sales and customer service orientation with the ability to meet individual targets.
  6. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
