IT COORDINATOR - NORTH

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to process data and prepare reports using Excel.
• Provide advice on the most suitable IT choices
• Provide technical support or training for systems and networks
• Act as a link between end users and higher level support
• Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network card etc.)
• Monitor system and network performance
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
• Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
• Maintain license and upgrade schedules
• Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
• Other duties as delegated by Management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of experience in IT support, coordination, or system administration roles.
3. Understanding of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
4. Experience managing hardware, software, and networks.
5. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
