Digital Sales Specialist

Roles and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel.
• Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully grow team sales.
• Presenting solar roof design, battery technology and grid energy proposal to prospective customers.
• Outline service agreements, attending to all enquiries and guiding customers to agreement execution.
• Guiding customers through to installation ensuring customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
• Cross-selling other value-added services and products to prospective customers.
• Dealing with objections and customer retention initiatives.
• Professionally managing customer relationships for all enquiries and creating referral opportunities.
• Working with reseller organizations to generate leads and close sales.
• Contribute to daily duties by achieving targets, displaying a professional public image, positively participate in any mandatory sessions and actively demonstrate Proficient Customer Solution (Fiji) Pte Limited values, vision and principles.
• Ensure all assigned escalations, follow-ups and complaints are investigated, resolved and reviewed in a timely manner.
• Follow the Proficient Customer Solutions (Fiji) Pte Limited escalation process with the Team leader or Team Manager when any potential reputational risk is identified.
• Comply with any laws, regulations, company policies, processes, and procedures and actively contribute to their continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experiences

1. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
2. Diploma or associate’s degree in the Management field
3. Experience in planning and schedule management
4. Proficiency in appropriate software for the position
5. Performance Evaluation - Proven track record of consistent high performance.
6. Sales - Ability to negotiate and use competent skills to meet sales performance matrix.
