Role

As a Graduate or experienced Accountant, you will have an integral role in the company. You must have a strong work ethic, work integrity, and the skill to communicate at all levels.

In-house training and mentoring are provided.

 Responsibilities

  • Analyze and reconcile financial data in client accounting software.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial reports and income tax returns for business clients operating through various legal structures such as companies, trusts, sole traders, and self-managed super funds.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.

 Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is essential.

 Responsibilities (Experienced Candidates)

  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiently.
  • Provide technical support, review, and recommend modifications.
  • Prepare annual financial reports and income tax returns for business clients operating through various legal structures such as companies, trusts, sole traders, and self-managed super funds.
  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.
