Construct Group Pte Limited is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the dual role of Heavy Diesel Mechanic and Heavy Machinery Driver.

About the Role

This full-time position is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our heavy machinery and vehicles. You'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy diesel equipment while also operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently on construction
sites. Your expertise will directly support the delivery of high-quality construction projects and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy diesel machinery
• Perform scheduled maintenance on excavators, loaders, graders, and other equipment
• Safely operate heavy machinery for excavation, earthmoving, and other construction tasks
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Fiji Government regulations and OHS guidelines
• Promote a safety-first culture across all operations

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Minimum of 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule with additional hours during peak periods
