Vuvale Outsourcing Pte LTD in Suva City is looking for Experienced Debt Collection Officers to join our 50-person team.
In Fiji, we operate a professional purpose-fitted work environment in Nabua Suva, with local Human Resources management and transport home for evening shifts. You will be a part of the 50+ strong Vuvale Outsourcing Fiji team, but also part of an overall international team.
Our Australian clients specialize in the recovery of aged debts. Our team members in Fiji work alongside our clients’ internal teams based in Australia to assist customers pay off their debts.
DETAILS:
Location: Nabua, Suva City, Fiji
Basis: Permanent Full-time
Roster: Rotational shift work; shift includes weekend and afternoon shifts. Transport home is provided after each shift.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to in-bound enquiries via telephone and email.
- Assist customers through the application process with credit facility.
- Provide customer service to both store representatives and customers.
- Contact customers to settle debts and set up payment arrangements.
- Always maintain confidentiality and adhere to Australian policies and regulations.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Minimum 12 months in a call centre serving Australian customers A MUST
- Experience in debt collection A MUST
- Great telephone manner A MUST
- Great written English for email A MUST
- Ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
