About the Role

The WHS & HR Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring workplace health and safety compliance across car park operations while also supporting human resource administrative functions. This position is responsible for analyzing safety incidents, tracking closure of safety reports, compiling risk assessments, and assisting with insurance claims. Additionally, the role supports HR functions such as job advertisements, applicant screening, and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management & Analysis: Monitors, tracks, analyzes, and reports workplace incidents, ensuring timely closure, investigating trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • WHS Compliance & Reporting: Maintains documentation, prepares monthly reports highlighting key risks, and assists with audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Risk Mitigation: Escalates high-risk incidents, works with insurance on claims, and liaises with stakeholders to support risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Recruitment Management: Handles the full recruitment cycle, from advertising and shortlisting to presenting candidates for interviews.
  • HR Administrative Support: Maintains records, assists with onboarding, and provides general administrative support for recruitment, employee records, and compliance.

 

Key Skills & Experience

·        Experience in WHS administration, preferably within the car park or facilities management industry.

·        Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and reporting requirements.

·        Strong analytical skills to assess WHS risks and generate reports.

·        Prior experience in HR administration, particularly in recruitment processes.

·        Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up on outstanding tasks.

·        Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and incident management systems

·        Currently residing or willing to relocate to Nadi or surrounding area.

 

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Experience using HR and WHS management systems.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the car park, property, or transport industry.
