Requirements
- 2-3 Years experience in a similar management role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven experience.
- Excellent client approach.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of company’s products and services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be physically and mentally fit.
- Driver’s licence is a must.
- Degree in business administration will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing day to day operations of the retail store.
- Building new clientele and push for aggressive sales and marketing with the team.
- Building a strategic marketing plan for the region.
- Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and services within the store.
- Supervise, train and assist employees to be more productive in sales and marketing.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking & manage overall branch monthly stock take.
- Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Hire and train staff as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
