STOCK CONTROLLER - MAINTENANCE STORES

We are looking for a suitable applicant for the position of Stock Controller – Maintenance Stores.

Key Responsibilities:

·          Responsible for working with purchasing goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.

·          To receive materials, parts & components, tools, spares, supplies, equipments and other items.

·          Ensure incoming items are received and managed appropriately according to company procedure and proper process is carried out.

·          Ensuring adequate and proper storage for the maintenance of stocked materials.

·          Manage and control continuous and year end stock counting and accuracy check.

·          Minimize overstocks and take necessary action to prevent accumulation of outdated items.

·          Manage the purchase return process of damaged and defective parts to supplier.

·          Analyze the daily movement of the inventory and prepare purchase orders accordingly.

·          Update the stock of received parts shipment into in-house Database Management System

We are looking for someone with the following:

·          Tertiary level qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Plant Maintenance is mandatory

·          3 years proven work experience in the same field

·          Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially excel skills in particular

·          Good Verbal and written communication skills

·          Exceptional organisational & time-management skills

·          Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload

·          An enthusiastic team player, dedicated, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude
