Your Role: As a vibrant self-starter, you'll be the driving force behind creating a phenomenal shopping experience for our customers. Your can-do attitude and flexibility are the perfect match for our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
· Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPI's.
· Lead, manage and supervise team by providing coaching, mentoring and training.
· Set a high standard for productivity, quality, and customer service, and define user guidelines.
· Assist with staff performance evaluations, needs assessments, cost/benefit analyses, and other operational strategy evaluations.
· Control the implementation of company systems for customer interaction.
· Assist with contact centre trends and data in summarizing, collecting, and analyzing regular performance reports.
· Assist the CSM with maintaining consistent professional development by attending company-provided workshops, tracking contact centre trends and participating actively in team projects.
· Perform any other delegated duties by the CSM.


Essential Skills & Experience:
· Passion for fashion.
· Have a passion and thorough understanding of the latest fashions & trends.
· Experience in similar role would be an added advantage.
· Fashion/Online Shopping/ Customer Service Experience.
· Be Relentlessly Creative and approach challenges with an innovative mindset.
· Positive attitude with lots of initiative.
· Brilliant time management skills.
· Knowledge and experience in contact centre.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required.
· MS Office Proficient.
· Capacity to inspire and focus on staff development.
· Ability to manage people & delegate task.
· Have a strong sense of self-awareness, agility, resilience, and integrity.
· Experience in leading the team.
