Vuvale Outsourcing in Suva City is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Receptionist to join their 50+ person team.

 

In Fiji, we operate a professional purpose-fitted work environment in Nabua Suva, with local Human Resources management and transport home for evening shifts. You will be part of the 50+ strong Vuvale team, but also part of an overall international team.

 

Our Australian clients are Australian lenders and finance brokers. Our team members in Fiji work alongside our client’s internal team based in Australia to respond to prospective borrowers and assist them with finding the most suitable loan, then take care of those borrowers throughout their lifecycle of the loan.

 

DETAILS

Location: Suva, Fiji
Basis: Permanent Full-time
Roster: Monday – Friday, shift schedule from 10.30 am – 7.30 pm.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer inbound inquiries via telephone, email, and chat.

· Direct incoming calls to the relevant broker or agent.

· Monitor email inboxes and respond to queries.

· Maintain CRMs and loan management systems with up-to-date information.

· Assist customers in completing finance applications and submitting required documents.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

· Minimum 1 year Experience in an Australian Call Centre, or similar environment is a Must.

· Experience working in an Australian Finance Company would be an advantage.

· Outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and by email.

· A highly enthusiastic and energetic approach.

· Able to work independently with a remote team in Australia.

· Solid computer skills.
