We have the following vacancies at our beautiful resort in Samoa!
- Chef: Sous Chef or Chef de partie
Must have experience working at a resort or busy restaurant for 3 years minimum.
Key Responsibilities for Sous Chef:
- Food-preparation expert who assists the executive chef in a restaurant.
- Preparing dishes, managing kitchen operations, scheduling employees, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, training new kitchen employees, and handling administrative duties.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Key Responsibilities for chef de partie
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Offering room and board plus salary based on experience and position held.

Process to Qualify:
Requirements for position and temporary residency for Samoa.
- Must be from a country to get a visa easily for Samoa.
- Must obtain a current police clearance
- Current medicals for temporary residency.
- Commit to a 2-year minimum contract
- Minimum 2 Current references that we can verify.
- Must have experience in hospitality at least 3 years minimum
