Vacancy: Senior Boat Captain
Location: Navini Island Resort

Navini Island Resort is seeking a reliable and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Boat Captain. This key role involves supervising and operating boats safely and efficiently, while supporting a variety of resort activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of vessels and marine equipment

• Conduct daily inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance

• Troubleshoot and resolve engine or operational issues

• Ensure full compliance with MSAF and all relevant maritime regulations

• Assist with water sports, general gardening, and beach duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar maritime role

• Valid MSAF Master/Engineer Class 6 license or higher

• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

• Well-presented, team-oriented, and flexible with work hours and responsibilities

• Passion for the tourism and hospitality industry
