Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We are currently seeking a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to support daily operations and help streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and maintaining organized files.
- Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends and potential leads.
- Manage social media accounts and help with marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Perform various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with real estate software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
