Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

NAI’A Cruises Fiji Limited is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Head Office in Pacific Harbour.

This is a full-time position and the person must have the following qualifications and skills:

 

  • Minimum 3 years in Tourism Industry
  • Minimum 3 years in Managerial Position or similar
  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Able to work with Microsoft Programs and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs and so on)
  • Administration and General Accounting Knowledge
  • Ability to handle crises and maintain a high level of customer service
  • A team player and able to handle any other tasks and responsibilities assigned.
  • Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc).
  • Excellent knowledge of travelling software (computer reservations systems, Amadeus GDS system).
  • Candidates with personal travel experience is preferred but not a must.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively
