Our Samabula based Accounts Support office offers business services to clients overseas. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Officer – Full Time for our New Zealand based client. The applicant will have the ability to communicate at all levels, a positive attitude and the desire to work as part of a team. We are looking for an individual with high levels of accuracy and a can-do attitude.
Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, your duties and experience will include but not be limited to:
· Payroll
· Accounts payable
· Accounts receivable
· Bank reconciliations
· Ensuring databases and customer records are up to date
· Assist with month-end processes and reporting
· Administration duties
The successful applicant must have:
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma /Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
· At least 2 years in a similar position will be an advantage
· Exceptional organisational, time management and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· The ability to work autonomously, being self-driven
· Well-organised and able to prioritise
· Previous experience in an account’s role
