Our Suva based Admin Support office offers business services to various clients overseas. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Clerk – Full Time for our Australian based clients. The applicant will have the ability to communicate at all levels, a positive attitude and the desire to work as part of a team. We are looking for an individual with high levels of accuracy and a can-do attitude. If you are dedicated to developing a career with us, we want to hear from you.

Reporting to the Fiji General Manager, your duties and experience will include but not be limited to:

  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Ensuring databases and customer records are up to date
  • Payroll
  • Assist with month-end processes and reporting
  • Administration duties

The successful applicant must have:

  1. Exceptional organisational, time management and written communication skills
  2. Attention to detail
  3. The ability to work autonomously, being self-driven
  4. Well-organised and able to prioritise
  5. Previous experience in an account’s role
  6. Experience with Quickbooks and Xero an advantage
