Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:
    • Create, update, and maintain product listings on the e-commerce platform.
    • Ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock.
  • Order Processing:
    • Process customer orders with the store teams in an accurate and efficient manner.
    • Co-ordinate returns, exchanges, and refunds for online orders according to company policies.
    • Co-ordinate with Stores, Logistics, Merchandise and IT departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders for pick-up and delivery.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide top-notch support to our online customers via email, chat, and phone, resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Help maintain and update promotional banners, email newsletters, and social media content.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory levels.
    • Generate reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
  • Platform Management:
    • Ensure the e-commerce platform is functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues.
    • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new features or updates as needed.

 

  • Skills Required
    • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
