Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position:
Food & Beverage Supervisor/Manager *(Position will be based at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort)
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and train the restaurant team to provide excellent guest experiences.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
- Keep the restaurant clean, hygienic, and safe.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate orders.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
- Uphold service standards and policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager in a high-end resort or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a rostered position working on a cycle of 24 days followed by 8 days off.
