As Loyalty Ambassador, you will deliver IHG One Rewards program benefits in addition to the Ambassador, Royal Ambassador, and Inner Circle benefits at your Hotel Brand.

IHG One Rewards understands and celebrates that no two members are the same – so we created a loyalty program to help members earn points faster, use the points how they want and get the benefits that matter most to them

Your day to day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • It's all about driving guest loyalty. You must recognize our members and deliver a consistent member experience.
  • Delivering great stays to all guests which will ensure return stays.
  • Together with other front desk team members you’ll champion our enrolments
  • You must ensure enrolment efficiency targets are met on the monthly and yearly basis
  • Review the IHG One Rewards Merlin initiatives page which includes all the information required to fully understand the program.

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  • 4 + years guest relations/loyalty champion related experience, including management experience. 
  • Must speak local language.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, reasoning and motivational skills.
  • Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
  • Working knowledge of hotel property management systems
