  • Engage closely with international clients, offering expert support on Geotab telematics solutions.
  • Skillfully gather and analyze customer data to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Efficiently manage hardware orders and maintain meticulous inventory records.
  • Lead comprehensive remote training sessions to empower clients with operational insights.


  • A Diploma Certificate or equivalent practical experience, showcasing your academic and professional dedication.
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years in customer support, highlighting your commitment to excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational prowess and adept time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having experience in Fleet Management Software will be highly beneficial.
