Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

The Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative activities across the company's ICT, Projects, and Properties management activities. This role will be a key liaison and support function for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Assist with managing logistics, scheduling, and coordination for the various projects and properties
  • Maintain detailed records, documentation, and file management systems
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and other operational needs

Financial Administration:

  • Process and track financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and reimbursements
  • Manage petty cash and expense reporting
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions as needed

Logistics and Procurement:

  • Coordinate the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services required for the successful execution of projects and operations..
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems for inventory tracking and asset management.

Government and External Liaison:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders
  • Handle permit applications, registrations, and compliance-related paperwork
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors

General Administration:

  • Provide general administrative support to the management team
  • Research, compile, and present information as requested
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency


Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with financial record-keeping and invoicing preferred
  • Knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and needs
  • Driver’s license
