What is the job?
Make your next career step a giant leap? We’re searching for a Revenue Manager who will be responsible for optimizing the resort's revenue and maximizing profitability through strategic pricing and inventory management. The role will also collaborate with various departments to analyze market trends, implement pricing strategies, and enhance overall revenue performance.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

  • Implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Optimizing and expanding distribution partnerships.
  • Challenging and influencing the hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
  • Overseeing revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and managing day to day yield operations, daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
  • Performing competitive benchmark studies, following market trends and aligning strategies.
What we expect from you:
  • Experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager and/or other departments of the hotel is beneficial (e.g reservations and operations will give you helpful background knowledge).
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies.
  • A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset.
  • Highly computer literate with a high-level command of Excel/PowerBI, or other data analysis and billing tools.
  • Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets.
