Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising staff.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Assess training needs and send staff for training
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Ideal candidate for this role should have:

  1. A qualification in business Management OR 2-3 years of managerial experience in retail.
  2. A background in financial planning, employee recruitment, and retail management.
  3. Must be flexible enough to work on shift in the evenings and over the weekend to cover for staff absenteeism.
  4. Full Drivers license

Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate, between $29.00-$32.00 per hour depending on the number of experience.
